    Owner and history

    The Syrah vines are approximately 60 years old and come from different plots. They grow on slopes of old, decomposed granite, locally known as "gores". Annual production is 17,000 bottles.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - 90% destemming
    - Maceration for 3 to 4 weeks
    - Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks
    - Aged in 228-litre barrels for 20 months (15% new).
