    This Cornas pairs perfectly with game dishes, such as hare à la royale or venison fillet. It is also excellent with red meats in sauce or duck breast. Serve it at 16-18°C after decanting for an hour to fully appreciate its complexity.

    Cornas “Les Vieilles Vignes” comes from different plots aged 35 to 70 years on granite terraces.

    Vinification and aging

    Harvest: by hand.
    Winemaking: temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, long maceration (4 to 5 weeks).
    Aging: 18 to 20 months in barrels (approximately 20% new barrels).
