    Tasting notes

Dishes made with goat cheese are a good choice. White fish or Asian cuisine are also excellent options.

    Owner and history

In the Saint Hippolyte terroir, the vineyard is characterized by a steeply sloping plot terraced with granite. The soil is poor and composed of granite. The biodynamically farmed vineyard faces south. The Langenberg cuvée means "long hill."

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Winemaking and blending with respect for the terroir and the expression of the grape varieties
    - No yeast inoculation, enzyme addition, filtration, chaptalization, acidification...Optimal respect for the wine with minimal intervention.
