Le Mont Sec is a true delight: what precision, what aromatic persistence! It seduces with its aromatic complexity, blending white flowers, citrus, and stone fruit. On the palate, it offers a beautiful mineral tension with saline and smoky notes, reflecting all the typicity of Chenin Blanc. The texture is refined and luscious, supported by a perfectly balanced acidity that brings freshness and vibrancy.

The "Le Mont" plot is an exceptional terroir:

    • It is planted with very old vines.
    • The green clay, mixed with different layers of flint, allows the soil to store the heat obtained during the day and release it at night. This ensures perfect ripeness for the grapes, regardless of the vintage.

Biodynamic agriculture. Spontaneous fermentation in demi-muid barrels.
