    This wine comes from vines grown in Châteauneuf-du-Pape, on soil characterized by rolled pebbles, and cultivated using organic farming methods. The vines, over 50 years old, develop deep roots, promoting optimal absorption of nutrients from the soil.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested
    - Vinification in truncated conical wooden vats for Syrah and Mourvèdre, and in traditional concrete vats for the other grape varieties
    - The blending takes place after malolactic fermentation
    - Aged in oak casks for one year
