    Tasting notes

Feel free to open the bottle well in advance of tasting and serve it at around 15°C. It will perfectly complement a hanger steak, a tournedos, a rack of lamb, or even a nice duck breast.

    Owner and history

Beaucastel boasts a superb terroir across 110 contiguous hectares in the northern part of the appellation. The soil features the classic rolled pebbles characteristic of the region. The vines have been cultivated organically for over 50 years. Beaucastel uses all 13 grape varieties permitted by the appellation.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes with sorting
    - The grape varieties are vinified separately, either in wooden, concrete or stoneware vats, depending on their characteristics.
    - Blending after malolactic fermentation
    - Aged in oak casks for one year
