    Owner and history

    The Premier Cru Les Terres Blanches plot is located above the Premier Cru Aux Perdrix. The vines face southeast on a gentle slope, south of the Nuits-Saint-Georges village. The plot measures just 64 ares of vines planted in 1964.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in oak barrels
    - Aged for 18 months with 50% new barrels
