    Owner and history

    The Premier Cru Les Terres Blanches plot is located near the Premier Cru Aux Perdrix. The plot covers only 0.33 hectares. The vines are situated on a gentle slope south of Nuits-Saint-Georges. The clay-limestone soil imparts a beautiful minerality to the wine.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barrels
    - Aged for 18 months with 50% new barrels
