The color of this 2017 Clos Vougeot is a deep, almost velvety ruby. On the nose, aromas of black cherry, raspberry, and spicy notes intertwine, promising a beautiful complexity. Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Domaine Lamarche is a meticulous process, blending tradition with modern techniques. The hand-harvested grapes are carefully sorted before being destemmed. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled vats, allowing for gentle tannin extraction. Aging occurs in oak barrels, some of which are new, for 12 to 18 months. This attention to detail at every stage guarantees wines of great finesse, revealing the full richness of the Burgundy terroir.
