      Tasting notes

      Reliefs is a distinctive wine that pairs perfectly with lamb chops with Provençal herbs, game in sauce, or confit lamb. Serve at around 14°C now, or decant it in its youth after a few years.

      Owner and history

      The Carignan vines used for this fine vintage were planted between 1911 and 1944. It is a blend from small plots of old vines. The vineyard is certified organic, and biodynamic practices are also employed.

      Vinification and aging

      Fermentation takes place using indigenous yeasts. Fermentation occurs in concrete tanks. Aging takes place first in concrete tanks and then in barrels.
