    This cuvée is made from old Grenache and Syrah vines grown on typical soils with rolled pebbles. The vineyard is certified organic and biodynamic.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested with sorting of the bunches in the vineyard.
    - Fermentation in concrete tanks
    - Aged in barrels (12 months)
