    Owner and history

    The wine comes from old Grenache and Syrah vines in the heart of the garrigue, on soils of rolled pebbles. The vineyard is organic and biodynamic.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes with sorting of the bunches in the vineyard.
    - Fermentation in concrete tanks
    - Aged in barrels (12 months)
