    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from the plots of the former Château de Poncié, recently acquired by Pierre Cotton. The Gamay grapes are grown organically, and agroecology allows the estate to preserve biodiversity in the vineyard. Thanks to these environmentally friendly practices, the wine fully expresses the richness and diversity of its terroir, offering precise and authentic vintages.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Winemaking using carbonic maceration, with whole bunches and indigenous yeasts
    - Aged in large oak casks and barrels for 9 months
    - No fining, filtration, or added sulfites
