    Owner and history

    This cuvée comes from the Saint-Joseph lieu-dit, in the heart of the northern Côtes du Rhône. The Syrah vines are between 20 and 75 years old on a very steep plot.

    Vinification and aging

    The aging process takes place in new barrels and in barrels that have held wine for one year.
