    Owner and history

    The Syrah and Viognier vines are located in the Côte-Rôtie appellation and are on average 35 years old. The plot is laid out on steep terraces. The soil consists of schist and limestone on the Côte-Blonde and iron oxides on the Côte-Brune.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Vinification in stainless steel tanks for approximately 3 weeks
    - Aged for 36 months in oak barrels, with 50% new barrels
