    This wine pairs perfectly with beef stir-fry, spiced duck breast, or eggplant Parmigiana. Serve at around 15-16°C.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are kept in a cold room before sorting by density. The grapes are vinified in temperature-controlled wooden vats and in truncated conical stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged in French oak barrels (60% of which are new).
