Owner and history

The vines are rooted in a thick layer of gravel. They are on average 22 years old and cover 45 hectares. The vineyard is located north of the village of Saint-Estèphe. Walls surround the vines, like a Burgundian walled vineyard. The 55-hectare estate has remained unchanged since 1855, when it was classified as a third growth of Saint-Estèphe.
