    Owner and history

    The Bonnivières vineyard is situated on steep, east-facing slopes in the northern part of the Côte-Rôtie appellation. The vines are rooted in granite soil, which imparts minerality and finesse to the wine. Cultivation methods are environmentally friendly, promoting a natural balance between the soil and the vines to produce high-quality grapes.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are harvested by hand, allowing for precise selection. The winemaking process, both traditional and plot-by-plot, fully respects the specific characteristics of each terroir. The wine is then carefully aged for 18 months in barrels, adding complexity and structure while preserving the purity of its aromas.
