Enjoy with poultry in sauce, sole with beurre blanc sauce, or mushroom risotto. Serve at around 12°C. Don't hesitate to open the bottle two hours before serving, especially when young.

Owner and history

On the Hermitage hill, the climate is continental, characterized by hot, dry summers. This cuvée comes from 0.2 hectares of vines on alluvial terraces. The Marsanne vines are on average 40 years old.

Vinification and aging

- Whole bunch pressing
- Cold settling
- Fermentation in barrels and casks at low temperatures (indigenous yeasts)
- Aged for 9 months on lees in oak barrels
