    We enjoy this vintage with white fish such as fera, poultry, or fresh goat cheese. Best enjoyed at around 10-12°C when young.

    Owner and history

    Altesse represents a small portion (only 1.5 hectares) of the total vineyard area of ​​12 hectares. It is a typical Savoyard grape variety, delicate and yielding generous and elegant wines. All the vines are cultivated biodynamically and organically so that the terroir, the vintage, and the character of the grape variety can be expressed in the purest way.

    Vinification and aging

    The grapes are hand-harvested after careful selection of the best ones in the vineyard. They undergo gentle, prolonged pressing of whole bunches. Alcoholic fermentation occurs naturally, without any additives. Malolactic fermentation is also carried out. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks, on its lees, without stirring.
