    Vinification and aging

    The Massolino - Langhe Nebbiolo 2018 is made according to traditional methods. The carefully selected grapes undergo cold pre-fermentation maceration, followed by temperature-controlled fermentation. Aging takes place in oak barrels for several months, adding complexity and depth to the wine. This meticulous process aims to preserve the authenticity of the Nebbiolo while giving it remarkable elegance and excellent aging potential.
