    Owner and history

    The vineyard comprises just under 6 hectares. The vines are located in the upper part of Clos Vougeot. The winery and cellars are situated within Clos Vougeot itself. The vines are on average 50 years old, with the exception of one hectare, planted in 1910, which is used to produce the Vieilles Vignes cuvée. The vineyard has been cultivated organically since 1992.

    Vinification and aging

    - Hand-harvested grapes
    - Maceration of whole bunches (no destemming) in an open vat for approximately one week
    - Fermentation with natural yeasts with a temperature increase of 31°C after 2 weeks
    - Aged in barrels for 22 months (50% new oak barrels from Nevers)
