    Echezeaux Grand Cru pairs wonderfully with sweetbreads, roast pigeon, or duck breast. Serve at around 13-14°C.

    Owner and history

    The Echezeaux Grand Cru comes from the Echezeaux du dessus and Les Quartiers de Nuits parcels, totaling 1.14 hectares of vines. The quality of these two terroirs is recognized as the highest in the appellation.

    Vinification and aging

    - Grapes harvested and sorted by hand
    - Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts
    - Aged in 100% new traditional Burgundy barrels of 228 litres for 18 months. Use of oak barrels of French origin from Burgundy, Allier and Vosges.
