    Owner and history

    The cuvée owes its name to the juniper trees that once surrounded this great Meursault. Domaine Bouchard Père et Fils owns 2.65 hectares of this perfectly situated vineyard with its gravelly clay-limestone soil.

    Vinification and aging

    Hand-harvested grapes in small crates
    Aged for 9 to 10 months in French oak barrels (up to 15% new barrels) then 3 to 4 months in stainless steel tanks.
