    Echezeaux Grand Cru is composed of very high-quality parcels in Echezeaux du dessus and Les Quartiers de Nuits. This represents 1.14 hectares of vines planted on clay-limestone soils, predominantly clay.

    Vinification and aging

    - Harvesting and sorting by hand
    - Cold pre-fermentation fermentation for 4 to 6 days
    - Fermentation with indigenous yeasts
    - Aged in new traditional Burgundy barrels for 18 months
