The vines, some several decades old, produce small berries, concentrated in aromas and flavors. Vinification and aging

Winemaking at Domaine Bouchard Père et Fils is a meticulous art. The grapes are harvested by hand, ensuring the selection of only the finest bunches. After careful destemming, the grapes are fermented in wooden or stainless steel vats, depending on the cuvée. Fermentation is followed by aging in oak barrels, some of which are new, to refine the aromas and impart an elegant structure to the wine.
