Owner and history

The Pinot Noir vines are located in the Beaune appellation and are planted in brown limestone soils. This fertile terroir lies between 220 and 350 meters above sea level. The vines are around thirty years old and are cultivated biodynamically.

Vinification and aging

- Partial destemming and fermentation in oak barrels with indigenous yeasts
- Aged in oak barrels
